Do you have a waiting list?

We will not accept a dog unless we think we can help, nor do we accept emotional blackmail. We understand that it is may be very difficult to find a rescue place for your dog and we do our best. We are a small rescue which actually runs at a loss. By accepting your dog, we are offering 'safe passage' for the rest of their life. If you wish to home your dog yourself, without rescue backup, be aware that if that home breaks down, your dog could end up with nowhere to go. The dog could also acquire associated bad labels through lack of understanding or care which may put it's life at risk. No, we do not have waiting lists. The dogs we have accepted responsibility for rehoming are on our Live Forum. Many families offer their dog that extra time to stay with them while we work to find their home, ensuring they are secure and the 'right' home comes up, geared to their needs. We are very grateful to these families for putting their dog's needs above their own.
