Can we return a dog and receive our donation back?

Dogs homed from kennels are usually 'foster with the view to homing' (FVH) to give them time to ensure they settle and no blame, no shame, if it doesn't work out - the dog having a holiday in the process. After adoption, if you genuinely have offered our dog the best opportunity to settle down, but find things aren't working out, we are there for our dogs. We offer free advice and support during the homing. Communicate with us from the earliest possible stage if there are difficulties. If the dog is being returned within the first few weeks we will give back your contribution if this is important to you. We may need to delay return for a few days whilst we find somewhere for our dog to go.
